A town centre project involving lengthy conservation area planning to transform a derelict former bowling alley in Harrogate to deliver a five storey, 70 bedroom hotel and 17,000 sq. ft. gym facility. Occupation deals were agreed with national operators Travelodge and Pure Gym in and the asset was sold to an investor before completion.

MENSTON, BRADFORD

The redevelopment of a disused site on a busy highway to provide a 4,000 sq. ft retail store for Sainsbury’s along with three one bedroom and one two bedroom apartments situated above. The commercial aspect was sold to an investor in advance of completion representing an initial yield of 5.5%.
