Andrew Foggitt has joined Gregory Property Group to help develop its portfolio of assets and seek new development opportunities in the residential sector. The announcement supports plans by Gregory Property Group to invest in new sites as the residential market shows an upturn.
Foggitt who is a well-known operator in the Yorkshire region, has previously held senior roles with Donaldsons Chartered Surveyors, Tranville Developments and Buzzard Developments. He has managed a total asset value of £45 million with residential schemes in Yeadon, Horsforth and Rawdon and commercial projects including Lidl in Rotherham, B&Q and Halfords in Grimsby, Co-op in Leeds, Trafalgar Park in Keighley.

His sector expertise, development background and passion for the residential sector will be extremely valuable as we move into a new phase of site acquisitions. We are now actively seeking opportunities to acquire suburban sites to deliver modest new housing across Yorkshire and already have a number of sites under review.”
