Work has commenced on the 133 bed student accommodation scheme on Foss Islands Road, York. The site was formally occupied by Enterprise Car and Van Hire and Just Tyres.
The main build contract has been awarded to GMI Construction and the building will be finished by June 2026 in time for the September 2026 term.
The scheme is to be completed in partnership with Urbium Capital, the London-based real estate private equity firm,
