We are excited to announce our Purpose Built Student Accommodation development, Foss Islands Road in York has officially reached topping out stage.
The development which will be known as Valerian and to be operated by Mezzino will deliver a high-quality scheme comprising three, four and five storeys with 133 student beds, supporting the city’s growing academic community.
GMI, the construction company marked this milestone alongside Urbium Capital and ourselves with site tours showcasing the final phase of construction now underway.
