Gregory Robinson Developments has announced that all its new homes on the popular Hutton Hall site in Eccleshill, Bradford are sold out. Gregory Properties is now actively seeking further opportunities to develop land in the area due to ongoing demand for high quality family housing.
Hutton Hall is located off Victoria Road in the popular village and provides a cluster of 29 two, three, and four-bedroom, bespoke family homes. All properties have spacious gardens, with private parking or garages and were designed to include study areas to support home working.
John McGhee, Residential Development Director at Gregory Properties, commented:
“We are delighted to have sold all 29 houses at Hutton Hall. The development has sold well due to good schools and amenities in the area as well as its proximity to Apperley Bridge railway station and Bradford and Leeds city centres. With prices starting from just £159,950 Hutton Hall was particularly popular with first time buyers and young families who were able to receive support from the Government’s Help to Buy initiative.”
Gregory Properties recently announced that it had also sold all 22 family homes at its bespoke development, Church View in Dacre Banks, North Yorkshire. Church View was popular due to its picturesque location in the highly desirable Nidderdale village where new housing is very limited.
The Yorkshire established developer is pursuing new land development opportunities in line with its business plan to increase its residential portfolio and also deliver Build to Rent (BTR) schemes.
Gregory Properties also has a long-standing track record in developing challenging sites that are no longer fit for purpose and delivering a solution that works with local policy and the environment. As a financially independent company it can act quickly in the acquisition and delivery processes with housing that is designed for local demand.
John McGhee, Continues,
“The Group has been active in property development for over 30 years, and we’re well versed in taking on difficult sites that often need a considerable amount of remediation.
“In line with our regeneration policy we continue to consider such sites in our future acquisition strategy and are actively looking for new opportunities in the Yorkshire region ideally where we could build a minimum of 20 houses.”
Gregory Property Group is an award-winning developer responsible for landmark regeneration projects including the £40m Foss Islands Retail Park York, Darlington Retail Park, Gate Park Retail Park in Rotherham, Mabgate Junction in Leeds, Wheatley Hall Park in Doncaster and the £40m Broad Street Plaza destination in Halifax.
It most recently delivered The Refinery a £30m, 407-bed student accommodation project on the fringe of Leeds city centre and the speculative development of 150,000 sq ft of distribution space at Park 32 Pontefract, close to the M62.
