The final phase of this very popular and desirable scheme at Dacre Banks, just north of Harrogate was completed at the end of May and the last home in the phase sold on 29th September.
Residential Developments Director, John McGhee said, “This scheme has been a great success despite issues with Covid and the demise of the original building contractor along the way. The scheme really compliments the village and we hope to bring similar developments to the market shortly”.
The scheme created 22 homes on what was a redundant filling station site, fulfilling the Group’s underlying principle of developing on brownfield sites where ever possible.
