The 133 bed PBSA development at Foss Islands Road York is now well under way and on plan to be completed in June 2026.
The steel frame structure is now going up and bathroom pods are being fitted.
Managing Director, John McGhee said, “All credit to GMI who have made huge progress taking advantage of good weather. It is always great to see the frame going up and marks a conclusion of all the groundworks. Whilst there is of course, a very long way to go, progress to date has been excellent”.
