The 10-acre industrial development site at junction 36 of the M1 is now underway with our partners Commercial Developments Projects Ltd The site levelling and clearance works are complete.
The site will provide 124,000 sq ft of high quality accommodation on what is a very high profile site just off Dearne Valley Parkway and withing 2 minutes of the M1.
