Gregory Properties are delighted to announce that after a rigorous tender process, the successful contractor chosen to build the state-of-the-art 33,000 sq ft unit is BDB Design Build from Sheffield.
The construction is expected to be completed in 30 weeks commencing in June 2023. The new development will provide 30,000 sq ft of industrial/warehouse space with 3,000 sq ft of offices build to high specification with 9 metre height to the eaves, with 3 ground level access doors, enhanced landscaping, solar panels, EV charging points, parking for 34 vehicles and a gated service yard and security lighting.
