Gregory Group Development Director Nick Gillott, was one of the five judges at the prestigious Insider South Yorkshire Property Awards 2022 at which Helen Cliffe of Bond Bryan Architects took home the Property Personality of the Year title. The event, held on 7th July at Sheffield’s City Hall, celebrated the year’s standout developments and property deals, as well as the real estate funds and advisers that made them a reality. Guests heard from two keynote speakers: Andrew Weaver, chief executive at Strata Homes, and Damian Allen, chief executive at Doncaster Council.
Nick said, “It felt quite an accolade to be asked to be a judge. It was tremendously hard to decide the winners, but what was apparent was just how vibrant the region currently is. We at Gregorys have several sites which we are bidding to buy and are also contracted fto buy a site at Sheffield Business Park where planning is expected shortly. It’s brilliant to be part of all that is going on in and around South Yorkshire”.
