FURTHER HOMES LAUNCHED AT ECCLESHILL SITE AS FIRST PHASE SELLS OUT
More new homes have been launched for sale at Hutton Hall, a new development in Eccleshill, following a successful sell out of the first phase.
Gregory Robinson Developments has announced that all nine family properties have been sold at the scheme which located just off Victoria Road in in the popular Bradford village. It is retaining the 10th property as a show home and has now committed to build a further eight homes with strong buyer interest.
Hutton Hall is a development with planning permission for 29 new homes in total. The scheme comprises a mix of two, three, four- and five-bedroom properties with gardens and private parking.
Phase two includes eight new three-bedroom houses of three designs, ‘The Warren’, ‘The Hall’ and ‘The Hall+’, all with gardens and garages. Construction has already commenced on site with 50% already reserved.
The project is a joint venture between two established local businesses – Gregory Property Group and Robinson Developments. Both organisations have a wealth of experience in designing and building new homes across the Yorkshire region.
