Details of a new residential development in Eccleshill, Bradford by Gregory Robinson Developments have now been released.
Hutton Hall is a development with planning permission for 29 new homes on a site located off Victoria Road, in the heart of Eccleshill. The scheme comprises a mix of two, three, four and five bedroom properties with gardens and private parking.
The project is a joint venture between two established local businesses – Gregory Property Group and Robinson Developments. Both organisations have a wealth of experience in designing and building new homes across the Yorkshire region.
Construction has already commenced on site to deliver the first phase of 10 three-bedroom properties with completion expected by the end of the year. A view home will be available from late summer.
Andrew Foggitt, Development Director at Gregory Property Group, commented: “We’re excited to be starting on site at Hutton Hall, which is set to deliver much needed new homes for Eccleshill. The local area offers good schools and amenities, and is well placed for travel across the region. The recently opened Apperley Bridge railway station offers easy access to Leeds and Skipton, while Bradford city centre is only a short distance away.”
John Robinson, Director at Robinson Developments, added: “The new homes at Hutton Hall have been designed to complement the architecture of Eccleshill village, while meeting the needs of modern living. The properties combine a range of traditional and contemporary features such as open plan kitchen and dining areas, en suite facilities to master bedrooms, gardens and private parking.”
Preston Baker Land and New Homes has been appointed to market the development. Sandra Spooner, Land and New Homes Sales Manager says: “We are looking forward to working with the team on another fantastic project.” Potential purchasers should register their interest with Preston Baker on 01274 028588 or by emailing huttonhall@prestonbaker.co.uk.
