Leeds based Gregory Property Group has announced that former Yorkshire Bank senior official, John McGhee is to join its board of directors in a non-executive role.
John who was until recently General Manager at York City Football Club, will still maintain an advisory role at the club whilst also remaining a trustee of the York City Foundation Charity.
In his new role he will assist on all property funding and financial transactions at Gregory Property Group.

His particular expertise in property lending, integrity and portfolio protection gained through many years in a senior role at Yorkshire Bank will assist us greatly in managing our property funding requirements.
“This complements the existing resource we have in tax planning and commercial strategy through Trevor Gurney who has been a Non-Executive Director at Gregory Property Group since 2001.”

Gregory Property Group recently announced that Andrew Foggitt was to take up a wider role as Commercial Director overseeing all development activity. Philip Lees continues his role as Project Director for the company and Marjorie Robertson as Company Secretary and accountant.
