Speculative development of three new industrial/warehouse properties at Ossett 40, located just off Junction 40 of the M1. Comprising 57,000 sq ft, this was the first speculative commercial scheme of its size to progress in Ossett since before the economic downturn with the fist 32,000 sq ft unit pre-sold to local firm, Simpson Packaging.

This joint venture in 2000 delivered 80,000 sq. ft. of prime office accommodation, a 195 bedroom hotel and 145 residential apartments along the riverside in Leeds city centre. The offices (valued at £26.5 million) were let to Morrison Gainsborough, Baker Tilly and others.
