Wide and successful development experience, particularly in the North of England, both from professional and commercial viewpoints. Founded Gregory Properties Limited in 1985, based in Harrogate.
Main Board Director of Espley Trust plc for three years and from 1977 Managing Director of Leeds-based Manston Group, which was acquired by Espley in 1982. Fourteen years with Weatherall Hollis and Gale, latterly as an equity partner, followed by four years with the Stonegate Securities Group until 1976.

Joined Gregory Group on 1 October 2005 as Managing Director. Spent more than 10 years with Kelda plc, a quoted FTSE 100 company. Deputy Group Secretary and Company Secretary of Yorkshire Water plc from 1994 to 1997. Deputy Chairman and from 2006 Chairman of Kelda Group Pension Plan. Managing Director of Keyland Developments Limited the autonomous property development company of the Kelda Group from 1997 to 2005. Previously a Main Board Director and Group Company Secretary and Treasurer of Yorkshire Chemicals plc, a quoted, Leeds-based plc.

Joined Gregory Properties Limited in 1995 from the Leeds office of Colliers Erdman Lewis where he advised land owners, developers and financial institutions on commercial property. Previously he benefited from development-company experience with the Yorkshire-based property subsidiary of the Bayford Energy Group of Companies.

Trevor Gurney joined Brown Butler, Chartered Accountants, in 1965 and became a partner in 1978. He retired in October 2003, having been Senior Partner for over ten years.
- MARJORIE ROBERTSON - ACCOUNTANT & COMPANY SECRETARY

Joined Gregory Properties Limited in 2000 from the Bradford division of an international manufacturing and engineering company where she had worked for ten years as the accountant. Before moving to Leeds in 1990 she worked in Aberdeen for an American oil producing and exploration company and was involved in a variety of financial and accounting roles.
- ANNE-MARIE WISSON – OFFICE MANAGER
- Joined Gregory Property Group in 1989 as Secretary to the Project Director and Company Secretary. Progressed to Office Manager in 2001 when Group relocated to Leeds from Harlow Court in Harrogate. Supervises all of the administrative activities to facilitate the smooth running of the office as well as being Personal Assistant to the Chairman.
