GREGORY SECURES CONSENT FOR LEEDS ENTERPRISE ZONE SCHEME
Gregory Property Group has secured full planning consent to develop a 2.1-acre site for manufacturing/distribution use on the East Leeds Link Road (A63), within the Leeds City Region Enterprise Zone
Link 45 proposes a high quality 39,375 sq. ft. warehouse/factory with offices, yard and parking provision within a self-contained site on Thornes Farm Way, close to Junction 45 of the M1.

The Leeds City Region Enterprise Zone covers 142 hectares of prime development land with four sites strategically located along the route of the £32 million East Leeds Link Road. All four sites – Thornes Farm, Newmarket Lane, Logic Leeds and Gateway 45 – are already under development for employment uses including large-scale manufacturing, distribution and high-quality offices.
Companies locating within the enterprise zone can benefit from a range of incentives including reduced business rates, worth up to £275,000 over a five-year period, grant support through the Leeds City Region Business Growth Programme, simplified planning, plus a bespoke package of recruitment and business support.
Link 45 is located next to Scottish Motor Auctions, north of the A63 running from Leeds city centre to the M1 and has direct access to the city centre approximately 1 mile (1.6 km) to the west.
