Company Profile
Over its twenty-five years existence the Gregory Property Group has established a reputation for excellence in development either on its own account or through joint ventures with such as Keyland Developments, Marshalls of Elland, Bramall Properties etc. Currently, the Group concentrates on pre or part let mixed-use projects often in the retail and leisure sectors and in prominent cities and towns in the North of England. Over recent years speculative development has been, of necessity, limited in scale.
The Group has worked, also, with local authorities including City of York Council and Calderdale Metropolitan Borough Council where successful, commercial relationships have been established.
The Group’s principal bankers are Yorkshire Bank and Santander with which, I am pleased to say, satisfactory business dealings have been maintained through the most difficult trading conditions since the 1930s.
The Group continues to employ, as policy, professional firms and building contractors from within the Leeds city region.
Tragically, the Group's Property Director, Peter Wilkinson, died recently after a critical illness having served the Group loyally and assiduously from its inception, as Gregory Properties Limited, in 1985.
We look forward to improved trading conditions over the next year or two.

Trading in 2010 did not bring any noticeable increase in activity or significant new opportunities. The focus has been very much on existing schemes and in particular Broad Street project in Halifax.
Activity in the first half of 2011 has seen a slight pick-up, which makes us cautiously optimistic as we progress into the second half of the year.
